The most expensive fruits i ever bought ~Soursop~ 2 for RM65 (about USD20) !! This fruits is more expensive than King of Fruit – Durian ! To get the most nutrients out of it, we gonna Soursop Coconut Smoothie today.

Guyabano or Soursop Fruit has the uninspiring name “soursop” in English. In Malaysian Malay known as durian belanda. The fruit is very large and the subacid sweet white pulp is eaten out of hand or, more commonly, used to make fruit drinks and sherbets.

SOURSOP DRINKS are refreshing with added some lemon juice.To extract the juice,one must first be careful to remove all the seeds, since they are somewhat toxic and none should be accidentally blended in the juice.

Ingredients :-

1 cup soursop pulp ( seedless)

1/2 piece lemon juice

1 cup coconut water

1 cup young coconut meat

Some crushed ice cube

1 tbsp of agave nectar

whole mint leaves, to garnish

Place all into vita max container process until smooth !

Pour into glass jar.

Serve immediately………………

The coconut meat and the lemon juice give the delicious smoothie that even fresher flavor.
