10 Green Chillies – just press each chilli by using knife
10 cloves Garlic -finely chopped
3 Tbsp of organic salty bean paste
Heat oil in non stick pan , add chopped garlic fry until fragrant ,then add salty bean paste and green chilli ( Pls don’t add any water) stir fry until the chilli slightly turn soft. Removed from the pan keep aside , until totally cool down ,you can keep this in a porcelain jar or a clean, dry glass jar. Keep it in the refrigerator for couple of weeks.
This is really a good stuff to serve with hot brown rice and some raw veggie .
