Vegan Mixed Beans Goji Burger
1/2 cup Organic 7 colors beans-soaked overnight
1/2 cup Organic black beans-soaked overnight
2 Potatoes-steamed and peeled
1/2 cup Shredded Carrot
1 tbsp Goji Berries
some fresh chopped cilantro
1 tsp Dried Oregano
1 piece Green bird’s eye chili-chopped
1/2 tsp some chilli flake
1 tsp Parlsey
1/4 tsp Black pepper
3 tbsp Unbleached Wheat flour-1 tbsp for dusting
1 tsp rice flour
1 tbsp Onion powder
1/2 tsp natural sea salt
1.Soak the 7 colors beans and black beans overnight,drained and water cooked/steamed until soft. Mashed the mixed beans with potato masher until they are thick in pasty.Leave half of the whole beans.
2.Mashed the potatoes in a medium bowl, add shredded carrot, goji, mixed beans, chili, chili flakes, parsley, cilantro, flour and all dry spice combine and well mixed.
3.Divide up the mixture into a large burger patties.
4.Dredge the patties in the some flour and make sure they’re coated evenly.
5.Heat the non-stick pan with coconut oil and fry the patties over medium heat until browned on both side.
6.Serve hot with your Homemade Vegan burger buns and condiments.
