Delightful and Nourishing Sunshine Salad 🙂


Hand full of Alfalfa sprouts,

Organic Cherry Tomato

Organic Purple and White Cabbage (shredded)

Herb from my garden Mints leaves

Betel Leaves

Organic Long Beans


1 Tbs of Pumpkin Seed

1 Tbs Buckwheat (soak for 1 hrs)

Some Walnuts



1 Pc of Pineapple

Some Cashew Nuts

1/2 Pc of Lemon Juice

Pinch of Himalayan Real Salt

1 Tbs Olive Oil

1 Tsp Dijon Mustard

Blenderize all until smooth.


There you go! The super tasty Sunshine Salad!
