Last week friends and i went to organic farm , feel so happy and enjoy to plucked your own raw fresh Organic veggie and ate all raw is so sweet ,crispy and crunchy~
In my country , Malay friends love to eat raw winged beans dipped with sambal belacan !
15 pieces Green bird’s eye chilli
5 pieces Red bird’s eye chilli
2 inci Galangal
1 stalk Torch ginger flower
1 tbsp vegan belacan (baked)
some dry mushroom stem soaked
1 tsp Raw cane sugar
pinch of salt
3-4 lime juice

Vegan Sambal Belacan
1. Place all ingredients in blender except lime juice.
After blend heat oil in pan and fry the chili.
2. Paste mixture for 5-10 minutes. Do not brown.
3. Serve cold squeeze some lime juice and mixed well.
Sambal belacan is a standard spicy Malaysian condiment that goes with just about everything !!!
4.Cut all the raw veggies into pieces and garnish with some toasted nuts and sesame seeds.
