1 long piece of Dried Kelp
1 full Cup Raw shredded Pumpkin
Hand full of Cilantro or Parsley (finely chopped)
1/2/ tsp Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Sea salt
2 tbsp Organic Caulif
1/2 pc Lemon Juice
2 slice Ginger (dice)
1 Bird Red Chilli (dice) if wish to add
1 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Sesame Oil
Some toasted Sesame Seeds
Soak the dried kelp in lots of water for 1 hour. It will swell by few times or more.
Wash under running water, then soak and rinse twice times more.
Add kelp in boiling water for 2-3 minutes-drain.
* If you get fresh kelp, just wash under running tap water & don’t boil it ! *
Cut the kelp into long strips.
In a salad bowl add strips kelp, shredded pumpkin, Cilantro and all the seasoning and mixed well.
Cover and keep in the fridge to chill for 30 minutes to left the kelp soak the marinade.
