Perismmons absolutely my FAVORITE ! They’re so yummylicious !!
Eat them Raw or try one of my recipe suggestions .
This is one of the best fruit salad made with passion fruit dressing.
3 persimmons, peeled,halved sliced,seeds (if any) discarded
1 1/2 cup organic mulberry
1 head organic butter lettuce , torn into bite size pieces)
Handful of Artemisia capillaris thumb -picked from my garden
A bunch of Ulam King (Ulam Raja)-picked from my garden
This is the nicest local Malay herbs that i love most ~~
Ulam Raja (king salad) is actually a fall in Cosmos is commonly planted as an ornamental plant because the flowers are beautiful and colorful. But that always made salad usually has an appreciable portion of the interest of small and pale pink in color.
Do you know that Ulam Raja has some very good for healthy !Found to have anti-fungal and anti-bacterial effects . Malay people believe that this herb is good for health and contains anti-aging properties remain youthful , and that it tones up blood circulation, strengthens the bones and promotes fresh breath~
1.In a large salad bowl, place gently all ingredients together.
2.Pour the passion fruit dressing over the persimmon fruit n veggie salad. Gently toss, and sprinkle the salad with toasted pumpkin seeds.
3.Serve on salad platters.Enjoy !!!
