Malabar spinach is an excellent source is high in vitamin K, vitamin A, calcium, potassium, folate, magnesium, iron, copper, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, vitamin E,and vitamin C. It is a very good source of dietary fiber, phosphorus, vitamin B1, zinc, protein and choline. Additionally, spinach is a good source of omega-3 fatty acids, niacin, pantothenic acid and selenium.

2 handfuls Organic homegrown Malabar Spinach

2 pcs organic homegrown Carom leaves

2  banana

2 passion fruit pulp

1 cup pineapple chunks 

1 tsp chia seeds

1 tbsp sunflower seeds

1 coconut water

Place all in vita max and blend all into smoothie.
