Heavely Rose Ogo Seaweeds Salad.
Heavely Rose Ogo Seaweeds Salad.
30 gm dried Ogo seaweed washed, rinsed, soaked overnight
 Some toasted sesame seeds, for garnish
Some dried chilli flakes (optional), for garnish
Shredded carrot
 Pineapple -strips
 Cucumber- strips
 1 tablespoon finely chopped coriander Dressing:
1/2  tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1  tablespoon Loving hut Heavenly Rose vegan wine
1/2  lemon juice
 1/2 minced ginger
 1  teaspoon sesame oil
½ teaspoon Organic raw sugar or to taste
Himalayan salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon Tamari


1. Drained the ogo seaweeds and transfer to a big bowl . Stir in the rice vinegar,   sesame oil, sugar, salt.

2.Add strip cucumber,pineapple and shredded carrot mix well.
3.Sprinkle the roasted sesame seeds,chopped coriander and dried chili flakes.
4.Covered and refrigerated to lets its soaked up all the marinate  for 20-30 minutes
Serve Chilled !
