1 1/4 cup organic quinoa flour
1/4 cup Orgnaic brown rice flour
3/4 cup tapioca flour
1/2 cup coconut palm syrup
1/4 cup coconut oil
some almond nibs
some nuts milk of your choice
pinch of sea salt

How to Prepare your homemade~ roselle-pineapple-jam
If you can’t find the quinoa flour use quinoa blend into dry flour.
1. Place all the ingredients in a mixing bowl, mixed well knead to made a soft dough, add some nuts milk a little at time to made a dough.
2. Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees Celsius and grease a baking tray with coconut oil.
3.Shape walnut-size balls and place them on the baking tray. Gently press your index finger in the centre of each cookie to create a deep dent. Dip your fingertip in flour in-between to prevent it from sticking.
4 Using the smallest spoon you can find, put ¼ teaspoon or less of homemade roselle jam into the dent. Do not overfill the cookies or the jam will ooze out. Bake in the preheated oven on the middle rack for 20-25 minutes. Transfer to a cake rack and cool, then store in airtight containers.
