Today, we’ll show you one easy to made dehydrated bananas recipe.
Prepare 4-5 ripe bananas, not over ripe bananas
Some Lemon juice
Cinnamon powder and nutmeg powder
Peel the bananas slice the bananas in half lengthwise.
Place slices into the lemon juice as you work. This prevents them from turning that unappetizing shade of brown.
Add additional flavor, sprinkle with some cinnamon powder or
Grated nutmeg works well with the bananas’ natural sweetness.
Set the Sedona Dehydrator’s temperature turn on to 135 º F.
Dehydrate bananas for 2 hours.
Ingredients form avocado cream:-
1 ripe avocado
1/4 cup cashew (soak overnight)
3 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp agave nectar
Place in a Vita-Max blender and blend into smooth cream.
1 cup fresh coconut meat
pinch of sea salt
Blend into smooth coconut cream.
Enjoy your perfectly healthy dehydrated bananas snack dip with avocado and coconut cream.
