Healthy Vegan Spirulina Cookies

This 2 months before Chinese New Year, we are so busy on spring-cleaning and making my own Chinese New Year cookies.

My family and I have been eating Elken Spirulina (Certified Organic) for more than 10 years! So, why not we make our own Spirulina Cookies for this year?

As a vegan, I knew that the intake of vitamin B-12 and other minerals are usually not enough for us, so eating spirulina is a must.

For your information, spirulina is one of the superfood and the most reliable source of vitamin B-12 for a vegan, which is Medicinal and Edible!

Successfully, I got my new healthy vegan cookies recipe in my veganlogy’s collection.

Send a warm hugs vegan hugs  and wishes on Chinese New Year of the snake brings peace, happiness and good…
