1 Ripe Avocadode-pitted, with the skin removed.Keep the Skin aside
1/2 Green Apple -chopped into small pieces
1 tbsp Goji Berries
1 tbsp lemon juice
3 Organic Cherry Tomatoes-chopped into small pieces
1 tbsp Fresh Cilantro-chopped

1. Use a sharp knife to halve and twist the avocado open, then simply slice a grid through the flesh just to the skin. Scoop the avocado with spoon and put the pieces out into a bowl.
2. Then use folk to mash up the avocado mixture to desired consistency. I like to leave a few chunks of avocado for texture in my guacamole. Add chopped green apple, tomatoes, chopped jicama, lemon juice, sea- salt pepper to taste mixed well.
