Ingredients: 100 gm Dried Mix Beans (soak over night-drains) 8 Red & Yellow Cherry Tomato 7 cup of Water or Vegetables Broth 1/2 tbs Chopped Basil Pinch of fresh Thyme 1 tbs coarsely chopped Parsley 1 Carrot (cube) 2 Potatoes peeled and cubed 2 Stalks Celery cut small pieces some shredded Cabbage 1/2 tsp Sea Salt, Black Pepper, seasoning to taste. Method: 1. In a large saucepan add pure water or broth . Add all mixed beans, carrot and herb. Bring to boil. Cover and let simmer approximately 20-30 minutes until beans are tender. 2. Add the potatoes, celery, cabbage cook for another 15 minutes until all vegetables are cooked. 3. Add sea salt, black pepper, seasoning to taste. 4. Serve hot !!! Click here for reuse options!
