250 gm fresh mushroom

2 tbsp olive oil or ( a knob of vegan margarine)

2 tbsp parsley finely chopped

1 1/2  tbsp rosemarry

1/2 tsp sea salt

1/2 tsp finely crushed black pepper

Handful of chopped almonds

1 tbsp lemon juice



1.Wipe the mushroom with damp cloth to remove the grit and dirt.

2. Heat the pan,add olive oil fresh mushroom,

rosemarry stir fry over hight heat for 5 minutes

or  bake in pan cover for a few second .

3. Add seasoning, salt, black pepper add stir well .

Sprinkle with chopped parsley, chopped almonds and lemon juice.

Serve hot .
