500 gm Green papaya ( Peel the skin and removed the seeds)
50 gm slices of old ginger
20 gm Chinese red dates-pitted
15 gm Vegan mock muttons
1 tsp mushroom or veggies seasoning
Natural sea salt to your taste
1/4 teaspoon crushed black pepper
1+ liter of water.
1. Green Papaya -Peel Skin off. Discard the white seeds. Clean and cut into big chunks.
2. In a soup pot, put all ingredients crushed black pepper (except salt and seasoning). Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer the soup over low heat for about 1 hours.
3. Finally and salt, seasoning to taste, and serve hot.
