Osmanthus flowers can be added in desserts as they have a sweet and rich buttery taste and can even be used as a natural sweetener. The Sweet Osmanthus Jelly (Gui Hua Gao) a famous desserts in Taiwan and China.
Sharing today a great vegan collagen dessert~
Osmanthus flower and Ogo seaweeds made this natural golden collagen pudding prefect !
800 ml pure filter water
2 tablespoon Osmanthus
2 -3 tbsp Goji berries
100 gm Ogo seaweeds -soaked overnight
90 gm of Agave nectar or Probiotics Oligo any sweetness of your choice.
3 knotted Pandan Leaves
1. Pour water into pot with pandan leaves 10 minutes.
2. Add in osmanthus cook for 2 minutes.
3.Pour in soaked ogo seaweeds brings to boil for a another 5 minutes then turn off the fire.
4.Stir in goji berries, Probiotics Oligo and mixed gradually.
4. Pour into glass cup, cupcake mold or glass container.
5.Leave to cool chill in refrigerator until set.
