1 cup of dried Organic Quinoa
2 cups filter pure water
2 stalk Lemon Grass- slice it into smaller section
2 small pieces bay leaves
pinch of sea salt
1/2 tsp organic G-veggie seasoning
Rinse the quinoa well under cold water and drain.
Put the rinsed quinoa into a electric cooker and add filter pure water. The quinoa to water ratio is 1:2.
Use 2 cups of water for every 1 cup of quinoa. Add the lemon grass, salt seasoning to cook.
The quinoa goes a bit transparent when it’s cooked, except for a little spiral sprout.
After cooked let quinoa cool down then removed the lemon grass and bay leaves
The proportion of 1 cup of dried quinoa will cook up to be about 3 cups.
1-2 fresh green chilli -slice into small pieces
2 cups of slice raw okra
1 tbsp goji berries
1/4 tsp paprika
1 tbsp chopped dill
1 cup toasted cashew
Vegan lecithin Granules 100% Pure (non GMO soya crop)
Some chopped parsley
Add in all the raw ingredients and fluff up with fork.
Before serving sprinkle lecithin Granules, parsley and some toasted cashew.
I prefer raw okra mmmm it is sweet, crunchy and it was delicious to eat raw okra !
Okra has quite a lot of health benefits, and is a good source of Vit A, C, iron, calcium, thiamine and riboflavin and eat raw okra good for preventing diabetes.
Eat raw green chilli rich in Vit C,Vit A and K. Green chilli are low in calories, virtually fat-free and rich in nutrients that can enhance your health.
