Here is the simple Ingredients:~
1/2 cup Organic White Quinoa
1/2 cup Organic Red Quinoa
1/2 cup Goji Berries
1 cup Roasted Cashew (roughly chopped)
8-10 Medjool Dates ( roughly chopped)
Some Organic black sesame
Fresh Grated Coconut
1/2 cup of Fresh Coconut Milk
1 1/2 cup Pure filter water.
2 Pandan leaves
1.To prepare quinoa sieve quinoa and run it under the tap water for a minute or two while stirring the grain around with your fingers.
2. Pour the quinoa in rice cooker add in coconut milk,water, pandan leaves on top until cooked.
3. After cooked let quinoa cool down then removed the pandan leaves place cooked quinoa in bowl add goji berries and chopped cashew, chopped dates, some grated coconut, fluff up with fork.
4. Rolled into a ball coat with grated coconut and some coat with black sesame seeds.
5. Enjoy wonderful vegan protein snack, they are seriously super yum ..yum…… love it !!
