Cornflakes Vegan Cookies:-
2 1/2 cups Organic plain flour
1/2 cup Cornflour-non-GMO
1 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp Vanilla powder
1/2 cup Finely ground organic corn flake
230 gm Nuttelex Lite
1/2 cup Organic brown sugar
20 ml Organic soymilk
1 cup Nibbed almonds
1.Sieve 2 flour together stir in cornflakes and nibbed almonds set aside.
2. Beat the Nuttelex lite, sugar,soy milk, vanilla until light fluffy and fold the dry flour, finely ground organic corn flake ,nibbed almonds mix well to form a soft dough.
3. Roll dough into round shape or any shape you love to be.
Place on lightly greased baking tray.
4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180’c for 12-15 minutes or lightly brown.
5. Cool on the wire rack. When totally cool down. Keep in a air tight container.
