Italian Vegan: Juicy Stuffed Tuscan Mushrooms
This is a simple and easy Italian dish .
A juicy and delicious baked vegan cheese Tuscan mushrooms is made by my sons, searching online and change this recipe to Vegan version.

So easy to make and absolutely delicious !!!
4 pieces Tuscan Mushrooms
1 cup Yellow,Red , Green Pepper-cut into small cube
1/2 pieces Red Onion-diced or cut into strips(optional if you don’t like onion) for buddhism use cabbage
4 pieces Olive cut into 4
1/4 tsp Natural Sea Salt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Grape Seed Oil
1/2 tsp Oregano
1/2 cup Vegan cheddar cheese-cut into cube
1. Add mixed all the diced veggie with seasoning in a bowl.
2. Stuffed in all the ingredients on the top of Tusca Mushrooms and vegan cheddar cheese .
3. Preheat oven 180’C .Baked for 10-15 minutes until cooked.
