Kaiso-Crystal Seaweed or Raw sea grass.
Gratitude a gift from Taiwan friend ,which i can’t get this in my country. A simple>Easy Appetizer salad for lunch today .
1 bowl of Raw Sea Grass Kaiso or (Crystal Seaweed )
1/2 cup Goji Berries
1 Green or Red Apple cut into slices
1/2 cup Pickle Burdock with the brine
1 Red chili-chopped
1-2 tbsp Pumpkin Seeds
1 tsp toasted white sesame seeds
1 .Wash kaiso with warm and drained. Cut the green apple into slices. Keep aside.
2. Mixed all the ingredients in salad bowl with burdock brine.
Keep in refrigerator for 1 hour to soak up the marinate .
3. Sprinkle with some toasted white sesame and Goji berries. Serve cold.
