Sexy Catwoman with Her Plant-Based Vegan Diet
A few days ago I got a few free tickets of “The Dark Knight Rises”, and I watched this awesome blockbuster movie!
In this film, Anne Hathaway is one of the superhero – her dream role – CATWOMAN.
I really enjoyed the dynamic between Selina Kyle and Bruce Wayne, Catwoman and Batman. She caused the Billionaire Bruce gone bankrupt, beaten by badass terribly, and nearly get killed. But Bruce enjoyed that, so am I.
Robin appeared in this movie, indicate that there maybe another follow-up: Batman and Robin? Besides, another possibility is “Catwoman“.
Catwoman Anne Hathaway and Diet Plan
Hathaway admitted that fitting into her skintight catsuit for The Dark Knight Rises messed with her head.While preparing for her role as Catwoman, Hathaway spent months at the gym, learning to dance and fight in heels so that she could bring the appropriate physicality and grace to the part.She went right into training with certified wellness coach and weigh loss expert Jackie Keller. For the past year, she followed with a vegan diet plan (plant-based diet), which consisted about 1500-1800 calories a day.
Since she didn’t eat meat, Anne got most of her protein from things like high protein grains. Keller shared some insight on Anne’s diet. For instance, her favorite snack was whole wheat lavash bread (extremely thin and low-fat bread) with an all-natural peanut butter. One of her favorite carbohydrates was yams. Also, on her OK-to-eat list was barley, soy, whole wheat cous cous (alternative to rice), and green tea.
“Keeping a consistent weight was hard,” she says. “I worked really hard, but I wouldn’t describe it as killer. I was able to shift my entire life so it became about transforming myself into the character.
“Everyone in my life understood, and if I went out to meals with friends they understood that I could only go to certain restaurants. It required a ton of hard work and discipline, which I never had to do before.”
After a year and a half of strenuous diet and exercise, the engaged actress discovered that she wanted to permanently alter the way she ate. A former vegetarian, she went fully vegan while filming Knight because she realized she would be less likely to overindulge in unhealthy foods, and would therefore feel better overall.
