Seaweed Bamboo Shoot Soup
Seaweed Bamboo Shoot Soup

Ingredients:

1 cup bamboo shoots-sliced

1/2 cup seaweed( fresh or dry)

1/2 cup 0f Yam -cube

1/2 cup carrot-sliced

2 fresh stitake mushroom

3 sliced ginger-shredded

1/2 cup chopped cilantro

3 cups pure water

1/4 tsp natural sea salt

1 red bird’s eye chili (optional)

2 tsp organic light soy sauce

1/4 tsp black pepper

1  tsp veggie seasoning or mushroom to your taste

few drop of sesame oil

Note * You can use veggie stock instead of  veggie or mushroom seasoning*

Method

Heat up pot with water add in shredded ginger ,mushroom,carrot, seaweed ,bamboo shoots,yam in soup pot brings to boiling for  10-15  minutes, until all totally cooked add all  seasonings. Serve in bowls and garnish with chopped  cilantro.
