Today sharing you some refreshing, healthy Basil Seeds Desserts and smoothie !
Keep in fridge of 1 cup of coconut water with 2 tbsp basil seeds soaked for 30 minutes.
Add some fresh coconut pulp
1/2 cup aloe vera cube
1 lime juice.
Add 1 cup of coconut water with basil seeds soaked and keep in fridge for 1/2 hour.
Add in fresh coconut pulp and Goji berries.…love it !
Freeze the 1 cup coconut water with 1-2 tbsp basil seeds soaked for 15 -20 minutes.
1 piece of pineapple
2 mandarin Orange juice
1 cup coconut pulp
some ice cube
Blend all in vita-mix until smooth…
Healthy and refreshing drinks !!
