Ingredients:

160 gm Vegan Nuttelex Lite margarine

3  Tbsp molassess

1/4 cup organic raw cane sugar

1/4 tsp salt

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup almonds milk

1/4 cup raisins

1/3 cup almonds flake

1/2 cup chopped walnuts

3 cup organic instant baby oat

Dry ingredients:

1 cup whole meal flour

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/3 tsp nutmeg

1/3 tsp cinnamon

Method:

Preheat oven 180 ‘ C

1. Sieve all the dry ingredients keep aside.

1. Beat together Vegan Nuttelex Lite margarine, molassess, raw sugar for 10-15 minutes until smooth & fluffy. Add vanilla extract , almond milk blend for few second until combine.

2. Turn off  mixer, fold in all the dry flour ingredients,baby oat , all nuts and raisins until all mixed well together.

3.Knead a dough and make into round shape cookies like picture above or any shape you wish.

4.Bake in oven 180″c for 20- 25 minutes ,according to your oven heat.

5.After baked transfer cookies to the wiring rack and let it cool down before you keep in air tight container .

Ingredients:

1 cup ripe banana -mashed

1/2 cup organic raw sugar ( I reduce the sweetness )

2 cup organic all purpose flour

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 cup organic (NON-GMO) soy milk

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 cup chopped Apricot

1/3 cup raisins

1/3 cup chopped walnuts

1 tsp vanilla extract

2  Tbsp organic apple cider vinegar or white vinegar

1 1/2 tbsp Olive oil

Method:

Preheat the oven 180°C

1.Sieve the dry ingredients flour ,baking powder,baking soda,cinnamon together keep aside.

2. Prepare a mixing bowl , mashed bananas add sugar beat for 5-8  minute slowly add in soy milk and fold in all the dry flour ingredients,apricot, chopped walnuts and mixed well.

3. Add in 2 tbsp olive oil.

4 .Then add your vinegar very last minutes before you bake .

5. Line a 8 inch long cake pan with parchment baking sheet.

6. Bake for 35-40 mins( 180°c) according  to your oven heat,bake until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.

7.After baked transfer the cake to the wiring rack and let it cool completely before you cut into small slices.

Ingredients:

170 gm Vegan Nuttelex Olive  margarine

1/2 cup organic raw cane sugar

1/4 tsp salt

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup coconut milk

1/4 cup raisins

1/2 cup apricot

1/2 cup almonds flake

1/2 cup chopped walnuts & pumpkin seeds

3 cup organic rolled oatmeal

1/2 cup shredded coconut ( bake until brown and dry in oven keep aside)or desiccated coconut

Dry ingredients:

1 cup whole meal flour

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/3 tsp nutmeg

1/3 tsp ginger powder

1 tbsp cocoa powder

Method:

Preheat oven 180 ‘ C

1. Sieve all the dry ingredients keep aside.

1. Beat together Vegan Nuttelex Olive margarine,raw sugar for 15-20 minutes until smooth & fluffy. Add vanilla extract , coconut milk blend for few second until combine.

2. Turn off  blender, fold in all the dry flour ingredients, rolled oat, all nuts ,dry fruits,mix well.

3.Spoon a mixture into a small pepper cup.

4.Bake in oven 180″c for 25- 30 minutes ,according  to your oven heat.

5.After baked  transfer cookies to the wiring rack and let it cool, before you keep in air tight container .

Golden Mini seaweeds spring roll have always been a very popular savoury snack as it is light and crispy.

Ingredients:

1 (40 -50 pieces) Packet spring roll sheet (use can add more pkt  & double for this recipe )

2 Packet noni seaweeds -cut into 3 pieces

some icing sugar for sprinkle

3 cups cooking oil

>  Lay a piece of the spring roll sheet and a piece of seaweed on top ,wrapping the spring rolls  straight forward by using a chopstick .Continue to fold the spring roll.

>  Blush a bit of  flour mixture on the edge of  spring roll so it can be sealed.

>Keep aside for 2-3 hour until dry and hard.

>Cut into 5 small pieces….

> Heat oil in wok ,dip fry until golden brown and crispy .

>Transfer seaweeds rolls to the oil clear sheet and let it cool, sprinkle some icing sugar all over the mini rolls before you keep in air tight container .

Ingredients :~

(A)

125 gm Vegan Nuttelex margarine

3 tbsp maple syrup

(B)

6 cups Vegan organic cornflakes

1 cup raisins and chopped apricot

1 cup chopped roast almond/cashewnut ~ I didn’t add

Prepare some small paper cups

Method :

  1. Heat ingredients A until the vegan margarine melts and bubbles come out completely.
  2. Add Ingredients B into A and mix all together until even.
  3. Spoon the cornflakes mixture into paper cups.
  4. Bake in oven at 170’C for 8-10 minutes.
  5. Completely cool the cookies and keep in an airtight container.
  6. A Wonderful Chinese New Year gift for Relatives and Friends !!
