Aleo-Vera Pumpkin Soup
Aloe-Vera Pumpkin Soup

Ingredients:

500 gm Pumpkin

1 1/2 cup coconut water or hot boiling water

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/3 tsp himalayan salt

some coconut cream

1 stick of aloe vera peeled and cut into cube

Method :

1.Peel and cut out the gel from the aloe vera stalk  into cube.

2.Wash the sticky yellow substance for under running water,drain and keep aside.

3.Steam pumpkin for 15-20 minutes until cooked.Place the cooked pumpkin in vita-mix container.

You can add in coconut water or hot boiling water, salt , black pepper blend until smooth and creamy.

4.Pour the hot pumpkin puree in a soup cup or bowl,add in the cube aloe vera and some coconut cream.

Serve hot !

Simple and super easy soup .
