6- 8 Yellow cherry tomatoes-diced
1 passion fruit pulp
small piece of pineapple-diced
1 lime juice
1 red bird’s chilli -diced
1 slice ginger-diced
some basil and -finely chopped
1 onion -diced ( if you like to add )
1/2 tsp of sesame oil
Pinch of natural sea salt to taste
Dash of black pepper
In a mixing bowl,combine diced tomatoes,passion fruit pulp,basil, cilantro, chilli, sea salt, lime juice and pepper.
Stir the mixture well.
Refrigerate this for at least 1/2 hour to allow the flavors to incorporate well.
Serve with Vegan crackers of your choice. ¦
