Easy Raw Organic Chinese Long Beans

Ingredients:

300 gm of chinese long beans from organic farm

Chilli Sauce:

1/2 tsp chilli paste

1 tbsp tamari

1/3 tsp himalayan salt

1 lemon grass -diced

1 tsp sesame oil

1 slice galangal -diced

1 slice ginger -diced

1 tbsp lemon juice

 

Wash and ship off the endand break the long beans into 2 inch long pieces.

Toss them all with chilli sauce.

A Simple ,Quick and Easy Raw Chinese long beans !!
