Bitter Green Smoothie

Ingredients:

10-15 gm Artemisia capillaris thumb(optional)

1 passion fruit

1  green apple

1/2  guava

1/2 cup Bitter Melon

some red chinese spinach

1 coconut water

1 slice ginger

some cilantro

1 tbsp flaxseed (soaked for 1 hrs)

Place in vita-mix container blend until smooth.

Bitter Melon is good for Diabetes

Artemisia capillaris thumb a bitter and cooling herb, only consume 10-15 gm per day for each person .
