Raw Veggie Penne Pasta cream sauce

Ingredients:

1 cup of  Penne pasta (Gluten-free )

Cook pasta in a saucepan of boiling, salted water, following packet directions, adding beans for last 3 minutes of cooking. Drain. Transfer to a bowl. Cool.

Raw veggie:

1 cup curly endive lettuce

1 cup purple cabbage

Some jicama shredded

Some carrot shredded

Some coriander

1/2 teaspoon of chili flake

Some toasted white sesame seeds

Creamy Sauce

1/2(100 gm)  mango

1/2 (100gm)  jicama

1 tbsp pumpkin seeds (soaked)

1 tbsp sesame seeds (soaked)

1 tbsp flax seeds (soaked)

1 tbsp sesame oil

1/2 tsp tamari

1/3  of  sea salt to taste

1/2 tsp mustard

1/2 pcs chili

Method:

Place all the ingredient in vita mix container ,blend until is smooth.

In a large bowl, add paste ,mixed veggie together with salad dressing.

Toss well .

Sprinkle some toasted sesame seeds .

Chill before serving.
