1/4 cold watermelon with seeds (refrigerated for few hour )if you love cold smoothie
Some mints leaves
4 lime juice
2 passion fruits
No water is added
Blenderize all the above ingredients.
A refreshing juice ~~~very effective in reducing your body temperature and blood pressure.
Don’t thrown away the watermelon seeds !
Watermelon seeds have high nutrition in it. The seeds are rich in magnesium and contains high amount of protein , fat vitamin A which helps maintain eye health and is a good antioxidant, B6 provides brain function and vitamin C which helps build immunity and prevent cell damage.
