A lot of herbs growing in my garden..Em today make a Easy and simple Hot Mixed Herbs soup.
My family love it !
Ingredients for soup:
4 Tbsp Peanuts (skinned and toasted) or Pine Nuts
4 Tbsp White sesame seeds ( soaked )
A bunch of Mint leaves love to add more mint leaves.
A bunch of Thai basil leaves
Some Coriander leaves
3 pcs of the bitter Jiapi
Some Artemisia leaves
Some Artemisia Capillaris Thumb
1/2 teaspoon black pepper( you can add more if you love black pepper)
1/2 teaspoon sea salt , organic veggie seasoning to taste.
1 liter of hot boiling water.
1. Place all ingredients into vita-mix container .
2. Blend for 1 minutes until all smooth. Serve hot immediately !!
3. Sprinkle some white toasted white sesame seeds.
