1  Mango

1  cup Coconut water and some meat

1  piece pineapple

1  passion fruit

10 gm ogo seaweeds the best natural vegan collagen

Place all in blender and blend until smooth.

Potassium which helps to regulate blood pressure, muscle contraction,

and keep your bodily processes working correctly.
