1 Custard Apple (Peeled and removed the seeds)

1/4  piece papaya with some  seeds

4  Passion fruit pulp

1/2 cup of pure cool water

Place all in blender blend until smooth.

Serve c0ol and enjoyyyyy!!

**** Custard apple fruit is rich in  nutrients that are good for the health of the human body, and the nutrients contained in custard apple fruit include Vitamin A  is  good for eyesight,hair and healthy skin. B complex, vitamin C, Calcium, Niacin, Iron. Magnesium which plays vital role in relaxing muscles and protecting heart against diseases. Potassium rich source of dietary fiber, which help in digestion, carbohydrates and others.

*1 tbsp of Chia seeds (soaked) *

1  cup of cold coconut water

Place all in blender blend until smooth.
