50 gm Raw Ogo seaweeds (soak over night)
1 Organic cucumber slices
1 cup coconut meat cut strips
3 pulp of jack fruit cut into strips
Some goji berries
1 tbsp toasted white sesame seeds
Some toasted chopped almonds
1 tbsp finely chopped parsley
1/2 cup of coconut meat
1/2 piece of mango
1/4 cup mixed cashews and sunflower seeds (soaked for 3 hours)
1 lemon juice and rinds
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp grated ginger
1 tsp curry powder
some chilli flake or chilli power
1 tbsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp tamari
2 tsp rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar
1/3 black pepper
1/2 tsp himalayan salt
Place all ingredients into vita-mix container .
Blend until smooth cream
Mixed the dressing cover and refrigerated for 20-30 minutes to left the
ogo seaweeds soak up the marinade.
Enjoy natural raw vegan collagen salad .
