100gm Chickpeas soaked over night-drained
Boil or Steam chickpeas for 25-30 minutes until cooked
Herbs and seasoning :
1 tsp Rose marry
1 tsp Thyme
1/2 tsp ground Black pepper
1 tsp Hot chilli flake (or 1 red eye bird’s chilli finely chopped)
1/2 tsp Ground cumin
1 tbsp Parsley
Some Curry leaves
1/2 tsp Sea salt
1/2 tsp Curry power
1/4 cup Pure water
1 tbsp Olive oil
1. Heat oil in pan .Fry the curry leave ,pour in all chickpeas .
2.Add in all the mixed herbs ingredients and 1/4 cup of water,
seasoning mixed well,fry and cover the lid steam until water slightly dry and totally cooked.

**Some people don’t like the smells of herbs like rose marry or thyme .
You can reduce the herbs quantity if give very concentrate taste…………**
