Pineapple Corn smoothies

Ingredients

1 cup Organic white yellow Corn

3 pieces pineapple

1/2 piece of lemon

1 teaspoon flax seeds ( soak for half hour)

1 teaspoon of  white sesame seeds (soak for half hour )

1 cup of  coconut water

Mix all the ingredients together into blender. Buzz for 1 minutes till smooth.

Enjoy your morning smoothies 🙂
