Handful of Organic 7 colour mixed beans- Soak over night
1 tbsp cooked organic whole grain pre-mixed rice.
Some walnuts (soak for 2 hours)
1 tbsp black sesame seeds (soak )
Raisins or 3 dates (NOT Sugar …..pls! )
Add 1 cup of hot boiling waterand blenderize until is smooth .
Healthy hot whole grain meal.
Serve hot !
