Scrub with any brush to scrub off the outer layer using a crumpled ball of aluminum foil.

Don’t Peel it! Shred the burdock by using vegetable peeler instead of a knife.

Ingredients:
1/2 stick shredded burdock
30 gm black fungus – shredded
1 Red bird chilli (diced)
1 sliced ginger (diced)
1 Tbs Organic Miso paste
1 Tbs Olive oil
1/2 cup of pure water
 
Method:
Shredded the Burdock rinse with water twice.
Shredded black fungus.
Heat the frying pan add oil fry the diced Ginger add the shredded ingredient and fry 2-3 minutes.
Add pure Water, Miso, diced Chilli saute for 5 minutes
Serve hot or cool.
Notes: This dish is best  for Onigiri (Japanese Rice Ball)yum
