Vegan Banana Walnuts Cake

Simple Easy Vegan Banana Walnuts Cake

Ingredients:

3-4 Ripe Bananas
2 Cup Organic Self Raising Flour
1/2 Cup Raw Brown Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
1/4  teaspoon Salt
1/2 cup Soy Milk
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
2 tablespoons Vinegar
some chopped walnuts, and mixed Seeds (Black & White Sesame, Flaxseed, Pumpkin Seeds)
* Serve all dry ingredients – Flour, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, Cinnamon *
Method:
1. Pre-heat the oven 180°C
2. Prepare a mixing bowl ,mashed bananas add sugar beat for 5 mintues, add all the dry ingredients and mixed well.
3. Then add in 2 tbsp of Olive oil.
4 Add your vinegar very last minutes before you bake .
5. Line a 9 inch long cake pan with baking sheet.
6. Sprinkle some mixed sesame seeds and pumpkin seeds on top .
7. Bake for 30-35 mins (180°C) ,according to your oven heat, until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
Simple – easy and fast cake.
