Organic Tomato Noddles and Raw Veggie

Organic Tomato Noodles

Ingredients:

Raw shredded Carrot

Organic Cauliflower(steam for 1 mins)

Organic string beans(steam for 1 mins)

Organic Raw Cucumber

Organic Raw Lettuce

Organic Tomato Noodles

(Submerge the noddles in warm water for 10 mins until soft. Drain)

 

Dressing:

1/2 C soy milk or rice milk
1/4 C Organic white miso
1/4 C brown rice vinegar
1 Tbsp fresh Basil, chopped
1 Tbsp parley, chopped
1 Tbsp raw brown sugar
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp coriander powder
1 small chilli (if u wish to add)
1/4 C onions (if u wish to add)

Blenderize all the ingredients.
Add some chopped almonds to the sauce.
