Seasonal Veggie 

You can do it with any vegetables that you have.

Ingredient:

1 small Eggplant Strips
1/2 pc Yellow n Red pepper Strips
1/2 pc Carrot Shredded
some white sesame
 
Sauce:
3 tbsp tomato sauce
1/2 tsp chili sauce
1/2 tsp apple cider too
1/2 tsp seasalt
1/2 tsp raw sugar
2 tbs water mixed
 

Method:

1. Heat frying pan add 2 tbs olive oil, stir fry all ingredient.

5 minutes except sesame seeds.

2. Add the mixed sauce and fry another 2 -3 minutes.

Sprinkle some sesame seeds on top.
