Pumpkin Cashew Nuts Soup

Ingredients:
500gm steam Pumpkin
50 gm baked Cashew
250 ml hot water
pinch of black pepper
2 pieces of fried Organic tofu -cut into cube
1/2 teaspoon natural sea salt
pinch of black pepper
Place all the ingredients vita-mix blend into puree .
Add in cube fried organic tofu and garnish with some mint leaves.
