Pumpkin Cashew Nuts Soup

Ingredients:

500gm steam Pumpkin

50 gm baked Cashew

250 ml hot water

pinch of black pepper

2 pieces of fried Organic tofu – cut into cube

1/2 teaspoon natural sea salt

Pinch of black pepper

 

Method:

Place all the ingredients into Vita-mix blender and blend into puree.

Add in cube fried organic tofu and garnish with some mint leaves.

Enjoyyy !
